The COMMITTEE noted the further information submitted by the Canadian
authorities (Addendum to COCOM 3591) to the effect that the 5,000 kilos of cobalt
oxide was the material for which the United King dom had already obtained the
Committee's approval (COCOM 3527) for export to Poland. Thera would therefore
be no further discussion of the Canadian exceptions request.
