11 The CHAIRMAN drew the attention of the Committee to the German proposal
(COCOM 3575) to export two tons of cobalt oxide to Poland. He invited Delegates
to give the views of their authorities.
2. The UNITED STATES Delegate said that his authorities raised no objection
to this export but they felt that it was important to take account of the
cumulative total of exports of this material and they would view with concern
any further exceptions requests for this material.
3. There were no objections from the other Members of the Committee and the
GERMAN Delegate expressed his thanks for the favourable replies which had been
given.
