Memorandum by the United Kingdom Delegation
The United Kingdom Authorities have been asked to
approve the export to Roumania of the following material
included on the Atomic Energy List :-

2. This material is required by Chimimport, Doamnei
12,, Bucharest, for use in laboratory analytical work.
3. Her Majesty's Government wish to authorise the
export of this material as an ad hoc exception, as the
quantity involved would have no harmful strategic
significance. Her Majesty's Government would be grateful
for the views of member governments by July 6.
