The United Kingdom authorities have been asked to ap?rove
the export to Poland of the following materials included on the
Atomic Energy List:-

2. These materials are required by CIECH, Warsaw, for research
and analysis.
3. Her Majesty's Government wish to authorise the export of
these materials as an ad hoc exception, as the quantities
involved would have no harmful strategic significance. The
usual assurances against re-export would be obtained. Her
Majesty's Government would be grateful for the views of member
governments by April 27.
