On t ,:,,e 5th ,ugast, 1959, the Coordinating Committee
issued a, memorandum from the Belgian Delegation (COCO:- Doc. 3647)
dealing, amongst other matters, with the issuance of the amendments
to the strategic li,st s .
This c.ocuaent cited the Belgian I. i; isterial decrees an-
nouncing changes to the Iiiterne.tional Lists.
On page 5 of the abovemeiitioned ne :horandum, mention is
made of the forthcoming issuance of ministerial decrees incorporating
further aaerdnents.
In this connection the Belgian authorities now wish to
provide the following information:

a) Changes made in the strategic lists by COCOh.i Doc. 5300,

As for the texts of 5, 6 and 7, they were

December, 1959
b) It should be noted that on the 21st July and 15th
October 1959, the BB.llctin of the Belgian Office of
Foroi gn Trade entitled. "Informations Commorciales" also
published the said lists unofficially.
As regards t ansit (TA C Scheme )
The transit rc[~ulations were brought up to data by the
following decrees:
a) Ministerial Decree of the 23rd October, 1959, published
in the "Iio.nitour Beige" of the 30th October, 1959, as
regards t.uc changes contai icd in COCO Doc. 3300 and
r~~clid,.icr_ts 1, 2 and 3 thereto.
b) Ministcrif l Decree of the 16th I?ovo abcr, 1959, appea.-
ring it the " ho iitc-;ar h;lge" of 2nd December, 1959,
and covering amendments 5, 6 and 7.
Moreover, with the irapleracntatioii on the 1st February,
19J0, of the International Lists set out in Document 4000, the latter
were announced in the following L,Ministeriel- DEcroes, appearing in the
".L.~oniteur Bolge" of tho 27th cbruary, 1960:

a) LIinistcrial Decree of the 24th February, 1960 suspen-
ding tho obligation to produce a licence for the exp or-
