EXPORT OF LITHIUM ALUMINIUM HYDRIDE TO CZECHOSLOVAKIA
MEMORANDUM BY THE UNITED KINGDOM DELEGATION
The United Kingdom Authorities have been asked to approve
the export to Czechoslovakia of the following chemical included
on the Atomic Energy List.

2. This material is required by Chemapol, Prague, and will be
used as a reducing agent in the preparation of steroids, aldehydes,
ketons, amines, etc.
3. Her Majesty's Government wish to authorise the export of
this material as an ad hoc exception, as the quantity involved
would in their view, have no strategic significance. Her
Majesty's Government would be grateful for the view of member
Governments by April 25.
