Paragraph 12 should be revised to read:
12. The FRENCH Delegate stated tit-t, in the light rf the views expres-

Le paragraphe 12 est amende de la fagon suivante :
12. Le delegue de la FRANCE declare qu'a is lumiere des vues exprimees et
afin de ne pas presser le Comite d'adopter un nouveau systeme budgetaire dans le
bref delai qui le spare de son demenagement, les autorites frangaises seraient dis-
posees a verser en especes jusqu'a la fin de 1960 la contribution figurant au point
2 de 1'Annexe A au doct. COCOM Sous-Com(60)1, soft 36 000 NF par an. Elles-continue-
raient egalement a assurer le salaire de 1'interprete. En outre, elles seraient dis-
posees a payer le loyer des nouveaux locaux sur une base raisonnable, telle par exem-
ple celle envisag6e pour les bureaux propose a 1'Hbtel Pirre ler de Serbie, si les
propositions contenues dans leur memorandum etaient acceptees. Le delegue souligne
que si les autoritcs frangaises sont disposees a oonsentir un effort financier con-
siderable, c'est parce qu'elles sont convaincues quo le systimme qu'elles proposent
est logique et equitable. I1 note en conclusion que c'est en tant qua gouiernement
h8te quo le gouvernement frangais serait dispose a assumer, dans le cadre indique
par son memorandum, la charge de la totalite du loyer des nouveaux locaux du Comite..
