N ORANDUM BY THE ITALIAN DELEGATION
CONCEWTING
THE TRADE AGREEMENT BETWEEN ITALY AND POLAND
The Italian Delegation have the honour to inform the Committee that
the Trade Agreement concluded between Italy and Poland on the 25th February 1958
and valid up to the 31 at December 1958 (reference COCOM Document No. 3051), which
had been renewed up to the 31st December 1959, has since been renewed up to the
31st December 1960.
No changes have been made in the commodity lists provided for in the
abovenentioned Agreement.
Any deliveries of items on the international control lists will be
carried out in accordance with the rules of the Committee.
