The German authorities have received an application to license
the delivery to Bulgaria of
10 kg nrigen 22 (difluormonochlormetha1
covered by item 17 of the IAEL)
valued at 35.4
'cllo~rin; the information of the Bulgarian purchaser the I igen 22
will be used as filler for a refrigerating plant.
The request is presented within the framework of the minimis procedure
(see Cocom Doc. 3620, pares 15b).
The German delegation propose december 14th as deadline for objections.
