RECORD OR STATEMENT BY THE CANADIAN DELEGATE
ON
THE SIGNATURE. OF IMPORTCERTIFICATES
November 17th. 1959
Present: Belgium (Luxembourg), Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan,
Netherlands, United Kingdom, United States.
Mr. G.L. Tighe has recently been named to head our Export and
Import Permits Section vice Mr. J.G.MacKinnon. The Minister has authorized
M'r. Tighe to sign on his behelf Export Permits, Import Permits, and Import
Certificates, and has withdrawn the signing authority previously resting
with Mr. MacKinnon.
Specimens of Mr. Tighe's signature will be made available to Member
Countries through their diplomatic missions in Ottawa.

M. G.L. Tighe a recemment ete nomme a la tete de notre Service des .
licences d'impcrtation et d'expcrtation en remplacement de M. J.G. MacKinnon.
Le Ministre a delegue la signature des licences d'exportation, licences
d'importation et certificats d'impcrtaticn a M. Tighe, delegation qui etait
jusque la accordee a M. MacKinnon.
Des specimens de la signature de M. Tighe seront communiques aux
gc.uvernements membres par 1'intermediaire des missions diplomatiques de
ceux-ci a Ottawa.
