The Division Ch-of read off the names of twelve Geography Ph D's that
are listed in the State External Research, and asked whether anyone could
identify them. None of the candidates was known to D/GM, personnel, and it
was agreed to include these names in the survey list being sent to the
Office of Personnel.
3. Operation Alert
The composition of the ORR Team is being re-examined. It is possible
the team as advertised will be reduced.
