1. We feel that the attached tome is a splendid job and
that some ordinarily under-worked staff must have been kept busy
assembling it.
2. We wonder whether it represents real planning. In an
age where the unpredictable is commonplace is a 170 "reserve for
future requests" enough? Our reserve probably runs to 35?0.
3. We were interested to note that only 37% of the analyst's
time is devoted to research. Our analysts average better than ~+5ofo.
~+. The subject matter of the proposed reports seemed very
good to us and we have no further comment.
5. We wish we were in the luxurious position of being able
to spend 300 of our time on self-initiated projects.
