SUBJECT: Inspection of Field Offices of t#Ie Contact Division

1. advises me that you expressed an interest
in seeing the report of inspection on some of the Contact Division
field offices.
2. It should be understood that this represents an inspection
of only a part of the field offices, but based on this portion of
the survey it may be concluded that:
The Field Offices and Resident Agencies herein reported
on are operating commendably well. With minor exceptions,
the offices have excellent team spirit and personnel problems
are correspondingly few. Furthermore, a genuine interest and
enthusiasm in Contact work was noted.
3. The inspection of the Contact Division will be completed at a
later date.
