a. The Chief, RI Division, in consultation with
the CSRC, implement an indexing system for all
sensitive documentation.
b. The Chief, RI Division, re-emphasize and
enforce the desensitization policies set forth in
CSN No. 43-26, and that all 25X1A2g
material be screened by the operating component
for inclusion in the index before the material is
sent to Archives.
c. The Chief, Machine Methods Unit, conduct
a survey to determine the feasibility of incorpo-
rating the sensitive documents function into the
system, and submit his conclusions
and recommendations to the DD/P via the CSRC.
