Inspector General's Statement
a. The DD/P emphasize to all division and
staff chiefs that their records holdings must be
drastically reduced before the new building is
occupied.
b. The DD/P direct the DD/P Liaison Officer
to support maximum utilization of unitized fur-
niture with two-drawer pedestal storage.
DD/P Comment
a. Concur: Project has been initiated.
b. Concur: This has been done. However,
it must be noted that maximum use of unitized
furniture will also require the support of the
DD/S and the Director of Logistics.
