1. I note with pleasure the Inspector General's favorable
comments in the referenced report regarding the sound and. progressive
medical program that has been developed under your direction, and
his recommendation that you should be commended for your role in the
formulation and implementation of this program.
2. It is clear that in addition to your professional competence,
you have succeeded in establishing policies, procedures, and medical
standards which will promote and maintain the health and stability of
Agency employees. It is very gratifying to receive such recognition
of a thoroughly competent job being done by one of our important
support components..
3. May I add my endorsement to this commendation together with
