The Medical Staff concurs in the provisions contained within Recommendation No. 4- 2. In the near future, the Medical Staff will recommend the expansion of the Psychiatric Program into the field of basic research and operational support. This recommendation will be presented to the Project Review Committee as Phase II of the Psychiatric Program. 3. The Psychiatric Division of the Medical Staff has recently completed the establishment of the selection program in Headquarters and can now turn its attention to overseas staffing requirements.
