"The reorganization as proposed by the Chief, Medical Staff, which
provides for the addition of a central Registrar Unit and an increase
in the existing personnel ceiling by nine (9) positions should be
approved; the more extensive reorganization proposed by the Management
Staff should be deferred pending an increase in the staffing capabilities
of the Medical Staff."
