MEMORANDUM FOR THE RECORD
SUBJECT: Inspection of the Office of Security

1. and one of his assistants came up today to
talk about our report of the inspection of the Office of Security.
I'm not certain who the assistant was, since it was assumed that
I already knew him. There has already been an answer to the main
report, and.-'s task is. to write a response to the Top Secret
Annex which covered the Actually,
there were only two recommendations in this section of the report.
These were:
"a. The DD/P and the DDS direct a coordinated evaluation
of this project, with particular emphasis on costs, potential
and substantive contribution to the Agency's mission.

the project had. been formalized, as we suggested, and that it had now

seem to have accepted all our suggestions.
