SUBJECT : ELINT Exploitation - System One
Herewith is a memorandum from the Agency ELINT Staff Officer
on the difficulties that have been encountered with pre-flight procedures
for System One. The memorandum is self-explanatory. I note that you
have already sent a cable along the lines suggested by I pass
this along to you in case you want to send along to the Detachment the
notes on pre- and post-flight system checks which are attached to this
memorandum.
