document. I note that we now estimate the total of the Lockheed prime
25X1 contract This figure does not in the least surprise me
but I wan to remind ou t t the last time I talked to Jack Carter he was

2. At an appropriate time I would like to be told exactly what
included in the estimated total in. the reference. Specifically, am I
correct in assuming that this does include the cost of the programing'
