I am returning herewith Program Supplement #3 for CORONA which
I have not submitted to the Director pending certain minor corrections. I am
25X1 quite certain that of the totals given in paragraph 4 are to be made
available from FY-1959 funds and are included in the Projection Report (this is
the item a. under paragraph 3). 1 am uncertain as to whether item b. in para-
graph 3 is being covered out of FY-59 funds or are required from FY-60 funds.
I am fearful that when I explain the actual sources of funds by years, the
Director will be reluctant to sign a document that is already out-dated in this
minor respect. U you will have it retyped and submit it to me I will endeavor
to got prompt approval.
