SUBJECT: Attached Report
1. Attached is the preliminary ATIC evaluation of the zoom climb
tests.
2. In brief, ATIC conclusions are in line with the OSI evaluation
of the tests and indicate that chances of intercept are poor unless op-
timum conditions exist.
3. The meeting between Operations personnel and ATIC representatives,
recommended in the past paragraph of the attached, will be held the first
week in February.
