Second draft of the report on this project has been
submitted. Review by Branch Chief indicated considerable revision
required. Draft is now being reviewed by Chief, D/I.

There have been no developments in intelligence on shipbuilding
which would change present estimates significantly.
1+. Relationships with other components.
(a) I/SH representatives attended an ONI meeting at which
the intelligence on the new (or possibly conversion) submarines sighted
in Leningrad was thoroughly reviewed.
(b) I/SH representatives met with ONI analysts to discuss
ONI comments on Project 30.2091.
