5. Plans
There are five papers either under way or about to be initiated.
These deal with: military pay and allowances, military
personnel, the price aspects of the studies of military expendi-
tures, a systems of accounts designed primarily to aid in the
reconciliation of estimated military expenditures and budgetary
outlays, and an aspect of Soviet accounting.
Full-scale efforts are to be made on research for NIE 11-5-58
(ORR Project No. 30.1805).
6. Problems
There are none.
7. Recommendations
It is suggested that on the occasion of future moves long
disruption in Branch activities be avoided by having utilities
installed outside of normal working hours.
