Nothing to report.
There are five papers either under way or about to be`initiated.
These deal with: military pay and, allowances, military
personnel, the price 'aspects of the studies of military
expenditures, a system of accounts designed primarily to aid
in the reconciliation of estimated military expenditures and
budgetary outlays, and an aspect of Soviet accounting.
Plan to follow up the internal terms of reference of ORR Project
No. 30.1805 (ORR contribution to NIE 11-4-58) and hold
discussions with the :various contributing branches.
