3. Changes in Estimates
No changes of significance to report.
4. Relationship with Other Components
a. Chief, I/AR on 12 November met with the Ad Hoc Sub-
Committee on Civil Aircraft Production Exchange. The Sub-Committee
determined that the US would accrue s, substantial technological and
intelligence gain if the exchange was effected. The USIB Committee
on Exchanges was so advised.

b. I/AR personnel participated in the =Aircraft
Conference 17-20 November. The exchange of views an estimates
by analysts while of interest slid not cause any significant changes
in our estimates of the situations in the Sino-Soviet Bloc aircraft
industries.
c. Representative of ATIC, Capt. Paul Wolfe, met with
I/PE and _ I/AR on 18 November 1959 to discuss
25X1 Aga the USSR heavy press,program.

30 November as an aftermath to the A-B-C Aircraft Conference.
