1. I agree with you that letter to should
not be on Agency letterhead stationery and should not refer to CIA
as such in the body. Therefore, I suggest that the term "CIA" on
page 2 (wherever it appears) be changed to "this agency" or "our
agency".
2. In addition, since we have in effect a case of a non-
Agency employee asking the Agency for an 25X1A9a
opinion as to classification of the material contained herein, I
am wondering whether or not it would be wise or necessary to have
