suBJECT: Attribution of ERA Reports
The proposal to formally attribute Branch-initiated ERA reports
to the authors was discussed in M/CH branch meeting, 5 September. A
number of more or less obvious pros and cons were considered but, in
general, the analysts saw no particular advantage in adopting this
procedure. On the other hand, they saw no important disadvantages
in it and would agree with any decision made in the matter.
