SUBJECT : Restricted Data Teletype Communication
Service with the Atomic Energy omission
1. A teletypewriter link is now in operation between the Office
of Scientific Intelligence and the Atomic Energy Comission (ABC) at
Germantown, Maryland. This facility provides the Agency normal duty
hour coaap'nication service with the ABC for classified material
through TOP SECRET/RR3TRICTED DATA including both Defense Information
and Special Intelligence. The terminus of this facility is in room
273, Barton Hall.
2. Messages for transmittal to ABC should be prepared on cable
form 12 and then transmitted by Restricted Data courier to the Agency
