helpo I think, to break doom the parochial boundaries among the
several subccrdinate groups vithin OM. To put it another say, such
a publication could be a helpful influence in giving CR personnel
a. seems of being merebers of the OMR team (as distinct Aug a sense
of membership only of some subordinate area or divisice).
3. FS the issuance of such a publication is deemed desirable,
I beLteve that a monthly frequency iaould be adequate. Greater
frequency vould reduce the degree of care and selectivity vhtch,
in my judgment, is essential to the success of such a pubLtcation.
II- I wad hope that the editor of such a publication would
be able to fulfill his mission with only incidental support from
the organisation. Off band. it would appear the.t the editor should
be able to cover the CM best with a little leg work and iudicious
use of the telephone with DO necessity for substantial organised
suwort
