"Further inquiry reveals that the Soviet delegation of
economists, although arrivitS,6 in New York today,, will
not appear in Washington until 10 November. They will
be here from 10-16 November and are scheduled to be with
the Council of Economic Advisers on the 10th. I hope
the attached biographical resumes may be of some use.
We have no specific questions to raise with them.althougIt
as you know we are generally interested in forthcoming
Soviet economic policy developments if any are in the
wind.
