This memorandum concerned 25X1A2g which reported WARMER' and ARBITRAGE ET FINANZ, SoA0 of Geneva to be interested in.a diversion of Chilean copper. co The firm, INTERTRkDE of Lubi j"e Yugoslavia, is listed in a Yugoslav directory of trading firms, Export-Import CatalogueA 1953. Its address is given as Dalmatinova 1, POB 2'f9 . o information on its activities is available* do ALLTRACO Geneva (see Basel D@53, 2 February 1954 and IWG Memorandum, t March 1954, Control No. 447822) has been reported as "connected with BERIM and SORICE of Paris, both of which are controlled by the Co rum nistnfront BANQUE COMNERCIALE DES PAYS Ill NORD of Paris", (See Geneva D-171, 8 January 1954) 3, Luf g?stions for the Develo nt of Further Intelligence a. Ankara T. 827, 10 February 1954 reports the American Embassy has suggested to the Turkish Foreign Office the desirability of consultation prior to the issuance of a copper export permit to any Geneva firm mentioned in Baser.
