SUBJECT: Request for Speaker at Command
and General Staff College
1. On 21 August I met with I PPC, and
with Col. Robert W. Garrett, Chief of the UW Staff at the Army
Command and General Staff College, Ft. Leavenworth, to discuss
the latter`s request for an Agency representative to speak on=
activities during the coming school year at Ft. Leavenworth.
2. Col. Garrett participated last year in Project USEFUL and
hence had a pretty clear idea of the type presentation he wants.
In passing, he said that Project USEFUL was "about the best piece
