a. There is no stated requirement for the Introduction to
Overseas Effectiveness LOE) course. It might be remarked that
the RIS places great emphasis on "overseas effectiveness" and
intensive, specific area training.
b. The requirement for intermediate and advanced Russian
age training seems small; however, OTR cannot second-guess
on this.

tography training. This is a basic operational skill.

people will work against them in the field. Likewise, a specific Soviet
