SUBJECT: Review of Requirements for Cuba
1, The COMOR in response to an inquiry from the
Deputy Director (Research), Centia1 Intelligence Agency, agreed on
8 November on the followirg. program for conventional low and high
altitude for photographic coverage of Cuba-
Low Altitude P'botograpt~y
(1) Daily coverage is required
to cover MR and IR missile locations and.asso-
ciated areas including roads, harbors? and
designated caves; all air fields where IL-28s
and MIG-21s are know to be located; military
installations,. rail heads, and staging areas;
and the area sc rrounding Quantanamoa
(2) Every-other-day coverage is
required to cover landing beaches and drop zones,

(3) Daily coverage of (1) above,
(4) Weekly coverage of the entire island.
20 The specific targets will continue to be provided daily
to the SRC by the COMOR Working Group, taking account of recent
photographic coverage and other information available.
