One aircraft came in commission on 23 Mar, the other one is estimating in commission 27 Mar. The Paotou - Lan Chow mission was alerted on 23 Mar for launch on 24 Mar. Weather deteriorated and was can- celled early on 24 March. The Szechwan Basin mission was alerted on 25 March for launch 26 March. The weather deteriorated in this area and the mission was cancelled at mission plan time early 26 March. Special Group 31 Jan Originally scheduled for launch 22 March slipped to 25 March then to I Apr., now scheduled for 30 March. Problems in launcher mechanism.
