Reimbursement for TZA Flying Hours Connected with
Carrier Qualification of IDEALIST Pilots
1. Arrangements have been completed with the U. S. a to commence

this purpose by the Navy. As an augmentation to the normal complement of
aircraft on that Station, three additional aircraft are are being provided for our use

I vesrsonnexl referred to above will not be transferred to Navy, but
be administered through the Detachment at ! dwards Air Yorce Base. The only
other commitment to Navy at this time in this area involves our agreement to
reimburse Lt. Commander John Huber, USN, the Landing Signals Officer, who
has been designated to work withi for TDY payments when he
is obliged to be away from his base at NAS L emoare involved in this training
exercise. I Iwill advance funds to him for this purpose and
account for them through the Detachment accounting system.
