Subsequent to the 27 August 1983 meeting outlined a learned that the Department of Defense had yoff in the Lockheed 104 program. In September erence, the Security Staff of OSA has gating the various problems expected to arise ordered approximately thirty additional 104 aircraft. In addition, it was expected that certain shop work would be transferred from the Lockheed Georgia division to Burbank, thus alleviating some of the expected problems However.. since lane for the above moves were not entirely firm, Security officer assigned to Lockheed, ontinue to monitor the situation. 2. During the week of 14 October 1963,,_1 advised that the shop work from Georgia wou l a no forthcoming. However, the production of additional 104's is In progress and no layoffs from the 104 program are expected, if at all, until after the first of the year. Ifurther advised that the "C" Program will s5 aying off some people very shortly. No stated that a production slow down between now and the fir*t'f the year would necessitate this. Since "0" manpower will again be increased, at least to its present level, some time after January 1964, it would appear that there will be some room to absorb 104 layoffs, should they be available and should they qualify from a Security standpoint.
