they are foreign born.
3. It would seem most appropriate that particular
attention be given to the following topics: character
(morals, personal habits, etc.), emotional stability, rep-
utation, motivation, marital relationship, loyalty (ideology),
foreign relatives, ability to work congenially with others
while under pressure or under adverse conditions and sus-
ceptibility to blackmail.
