t. This is just to remind you that our conversations concerning the
over-run on Contract SP-1918 have somewhat changed the situation since
the conversation reported in the reference. This change I communicated to
Kelly.
2. With particular reference to the items listed in the reference. my
views are as follow:
a. Items 5, 8, and i 1 have to be carried through and given
ely high priority.
b. With respect to item 3, autopilot product improvement, I
desire a recommendation from Operations through Colonel Burke
before we commit any funds.
c. Item 6 we will postpone indefinitely.
d. Item 9, the training of additional personnel, must go forward
but I would like Jim Cunningham's views on the numbers.
Items 7 and 10 are of somewhat different nature.
3. 1 would request that all of the above be coordinated by Colonel
