2. It was his view that we shoulsi not quibble about the inclusion of
mission information it this report, even though there is a techni-
cality involved; i.e., it is theoretically a second country operation.
Aocordingly, would you pleaee be guided by his feeling in this instance.
3. In the case of Project CORONA, he felt that this should be reported
on by e pecial documntproperly covered. with a blue security sheet and that

darn of actually posting information of this sensitivity in a Situation Room,
*Yell 'the:401ith1ieO* .t will be in the White Nouse. I am sure that the
I
likelihood exists in the collection mechanism thatl will
unddetedly set up that CORONA vill not be so included. Yet of this we cannot
tia etrsi'arid'If through inadvertence some inquisitive or uncleared person
shimaidlettin of the true purpose of the so-called white program that cover*
ProJtotalKOUL, our entire effort over the past many months would have been
for bought;' By the way, information was passed to me WI 'that in
the tAikfirt'beth of these reports they should be prepared for the signature
of-theAVP,- rather than the AC/DPD. We can cover them with a transmitting
memerandamebith will be removed prior to the time the report leaves of
