Idividual Items on Chincom Differential Trade Control Lists
The individual items on the dirferential control list which consist
of items on the consolidated China Special List and on International Lists
rI and III, have been reviewed utilizing the following criteria-
that the circumvention of the differentiad controls imposes a
significant economic cost on Coimruriist china,
