to the funding of such projects.

1. Reference is made to the list of special projects forwarded
3. A contract is in the process of being executed and will
be referred to as Contract No. A-1O1. Payments will be in the
form of 'United. States Treasury checks payable to the Reno Wooldridge
Corporation. Each check will show the name or the payee, contract
number, and invoice number. Payments are planned on a woekly basis.
It will be greatly appreciated if you will have the United States
Treasury check prepared in the wont of $39,122.56., This pay sent
covers Invoices 1 through 9. The check should be delivered to
this Office as soon as possible.
4.. A copy of the certificate dated 29 March 1955, executed
by the Director not to excee is attached.
5. It is contemplated that when the project is completeds an
audit will be made before final settlement and payment is effected.
