1. This memorandum contains a recommendation submitted for
concurrence of the undersigned. Such recommendation is contained
in Paragraph 4.
2. Contract No. MY-BA.-327 with the subject Contractor provides
shing of a technical field engineer to install, maintain
25X1A and service sextants in _ vehicles at places within the continental
United States and overseas for the period 6 January 1958 through
30 June 1960.
3. Amendment go. 5 has been drawn to extend the man-month rates
used in the period ended 31 December 1959 to cover the period 1 Jan-
uary through 30 June 1960. Such extension of rates has been reviewed
and recommended for acceptance by the Audit Liaison Officer. No
additional funds are obligated by this Amendment.
4. Concurrence in Amendment No. 5 to Contract No. NY-BA-327
is recoended.
