The Central Intelligence Agency proposes to enter into a con-
tract with the Baird-Atcesic, Inc., C ridge, alsaachusetts, for
the procurement of five (5) Navigational Sextants and necessary
Installation parts for installing in S particular aircraft.

par re ent authority of the Agency as stated in Section 10(b) of
Public Law 3103, 81st Cones. Procurement by formal advertising
of the services called for by the proposed Contract No. HT-B-5113.x`
