SUBJECT : Contract No.IDH-5151, Baird-Atomic, Inc.
1. Enclosed is a copy of the Contractor's statement
dated January 23, 1958, regarding Articles 21(h) and 24,
Government Furnished Property and Copyrights. The Contracting
Officer concurs with this statement.
2. We are adjusting our records to show a final contract
amount of $9,138.41 or a reduction of $861.59 in the Fiscal
Year 1958 AQUATONE obligation.
3. In view of the fact that
STATINTL acknowledged receipt in his memorandum SAPC-23291 of the
material required by the contract and your memorandum SAPC-
23647 requested issuance of a check, we are considering this
contract as complete.
