FAYMENT PLAN FOR EASTMAN KODAK COMPANY
All payments stman Kodak Company pursuant to Contract
Numbers EQ-1gU6 EN-g5, P--lUSI~ and PO-66U, including interim and
final payments for wor performed for which vouchers have been sub-
mitted, will be accomplished as follows:
1. The Contracting Officer will certify the original of each
voucher as being in conformance with the terms of the contract to
which it pertains.
2. The original of each voucher will be certified by the Fr?oject
Director, as Approving Officer, and by the Froject Comptroller, as
Certifying Officer.
3. Government checks will be drawn in the amount of authorized
payments, payable to Eastman Kodak Company and making referenee on
the face of the check to the appropriate contract by contract number,
and to the voucher number(s) for which the check is in payment.

5. Separate checks will be drawn for each of the respective
contracts.

7. Froject security personnel will arrange for establishment of
a post office box in the Rochester, Idew York, area for transmission
of fiscal and administrative materials to Eastman Kodak Company. The
Project Security Officer at Eastman Kodak Company will service the
post office box and deliver the checks to the payee. A post office
box has been established inthe Washington, D. C. area for receipt
of Eastman Kodak Company fiscal and administrative materials at
Froject He~.dquarters.
