SUBJECT . Final Settlement - Contract No. EN-95
1. Attached is a copy of AF Auditor's report #282, entitled "Contract
Audit Closing Statement, Contract No. EN-95, Eastman Kodak Company,
Rochester, New York," dated 9 January 1959. This report includes the
final audit of costs and property under Contract No. EN-95.
2. The Auditor has approved, and the contractor has accepted, total
costs in the amount of $244,661.65 for performance of the contract. This
accepted costs together with the fixed-fee of $13,117 results in a final
contract price of $257,778.65 for full and complete performance of the
contract.
3. The total funds obligated under Contract No. EN-95, as amended
by Amendments Nos. 1 through 5, and the final contract price are the
same, i.e. $257,778.65.
4. There are also attached the "Contractor's Release under Contract
No. EN-95," Contractor's Final Invoice Bu. Vou. No. 9, Contractor's
Cumulative Claim and Reconciliation, a summary of total billings, and
a Final Patent Report. The contractor has previously submitted a
royalty report. Work and services performed by the contractor have
been accepted on behalf of the Government.
5. The auditor's statement that no Government-owned property was
furnished to or acquired by the contractor, and the contractor's
statement that no residual inventory resulted from the contract are
concurred in.
6. Please advise the undersigned when final payment under this
contract has been made in order that the contract file may be closed.
