1. Questionnaires referred to in Planning Directive #451 were distributed
to'all four agencies on Friday,,14 June.
2. The,State Department has submitted its reply as it pertains to research
and intelligence. Reply pertaining to security functions'is in process. Replies
from the other three agencies are expected not later than close of business Wednesday,,
19 June.
3. Replies will be consolidated by CPS committee and draft action submitted
prior to close of business on Friday, 21 June.
